You can use TMPGenc to fit up to TWO HOURS of video on a single 80 min CD, all you have to do is unlock the the template in the by using the unlock template, then calculate the bitrate that will fit on 1 cd, usually between 750 and 900kbps depending on the length of the movie. Encoding will still take between 2 and 4 hours depending on your computer, but hey, nothin' is free, you either got to pay time or money. HeHe n time is free...
