I don't understand, 798 megs of mpeg data should fit on a standard 700 mb CDR if you burn it in vcd format through Nero or some similar program. This is because the CD format for VCD is in a Mode 2 Form 2 filesystem, which has less error correction (mpeg has built-in error correction) but it allows you to burn up to 800 megs per 80-minute cdr.
