Many applications such as Nero 5.5, Adaptec Easy CD Creator, and VCD Easy feature tools that will make menu creation as simple task.  The real issue here is the degree of sophistication each of these programs offer.  As it is with the many other features mentionned before, menu creation is different on all these applications.  it's up to you to choose which one best suits your needs.
